AFTER REMAND FROM ALABAMA SUPREME COURT

PER CURIAM.

The prior judgment of this court, 579 So.2d 1340, has been reversed and remanded by the Supreme Court of Alabama. On remand and in compliance with the Supreme Court’s opinion on February 8, 1991, 579 So.2d 1343, this cause is now reversed and remanded to the trial court for proceedings consistent with the Supreme Court’s opinion.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
