Opinion

EDWARD N. SCRUGGS, Retired Circuit Judge.

The opinion of this court, 405 So.2d 364 (Ala.Civ.App. 1980), has been reversed and remanded by the Supreme Court, 405 So.2d 366 (Ala.1981). On remand to this court, and in compliance with the Supreme Court’s opinion, this ease is now reversed and remanded.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
