PER CURIAM.

Upon consideration of respondent’s motion for remand, the petition for writ of certiorari is granted, the circuit court’s order is quashed and the cause is remand for further proceedings pursuant to Thomas v. Florida Parole Commission, 107 So.3d 517 (Fla. 1st DCA 2013).
