Opinion

PER CURIAM:

In this claim, submitted upon the pleadings, claimant seeks [103]*103payment of the sum of $1,126.00 for the installation of a new fire alarm system at Huntington State Hospital. Respondent admits the validity and amount of the claim, and states that sufficient funds were available in its appropriation for the fiscal year in question from which the obligation could have been paid.

Accordingly, the Court makes an award of $1,126.00 to the claimant.

Award of $1,126.00.
