Order of the County Court, Suffolk County, granting defendant’s motion to dismiss the plaintiff’s complaint in an action for property damage allegedly caused by the defendant’s negligence, and the judgment of dismissal entered thereon, unanimously affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements.
