—The order made at special term of this court, bearing date the 26th day of December, 1882, and entered December 29th, 1882, in the office of the clerk of the superior court, appealed from, is affirmed, with $10 costs. Sedgwick, Ch. J., concurred; Ingraham, J., dissented (See Williams v. Western Union Telegraph Co., ante, p. 140).
