Opinion

In re Barthelemy, Sidney J.; applying for supervisory writ; Parish of Orleans, Crimi[1185]*1185nal District Court, Div. “G”, Nos. 316-352, 316-353, 316-354.

Granted. The Criminal District Court for the Parish of Orleans does not have jurisdiction to adjudicate these civil actions, and the consolidated cases are dismissed.

COLE, J., concurs because we have made no ruling as regards the inherent powers of a court to sustain itself.
