Opinion

In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the appeal is from a resettled order denying a motion to dismiss the complaint for unreasonable neglect to proceed as to the appellants and to sever the action as to the codefendant. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Wenzel, Acting P. J., Murphy, Ughetta, Hallinan and Kleinfeld, JJ., concur.
