Opinion

On Motion of Mr. Pinckney on behalf of the Reverend Mr. Hasell and the rest of the Vestry of St. Thomas’s, praying that the time mentioned in the Order of the Sixth Instant may be enlarged for a fortnight, he not being Retained in Cause, or having had any Notice of the Said Order till Yesterday, and has not yet Seen any Papers relating to the Said Cause, It is Ordered Accordingly.
