On Motion of Mr. Leigh Solicitor for the said Defendant George Saxby and on reading an appeal by him preferred in this Cause Ordered that the said Appeal be admitted upon said Defendant Saxby’s giving Security to the Master of this Court to the Amount of One Thousand pounds Sterling to prosecute the same.
