In an action to set aside an order of the City Court of Mount Vernon, and for other relief, the appeal is from an order of said court dismissing the complaint (Rules Civ. Prac., rule 106, subd. 4). Order unanimously affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Present — Wenzel, Acting P. J., Beldock, Murphy, Ughetta and Hallinan, JJ.
