Order of the County Court of Bangs county reversed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and motion to vacate the order appointing a receiver granted, with ten dollars' costs, and the receiver purporting to have been so appointed ordered to pay over to the appellant all rents which he may have collected, upon authority of Jarmulowsky v. Rosenbloom (125 App. Div. 542); Dazian v. Meyer (66 id. 575) and Elias v. Band (167 id. 946). Thomas, Mills, Rich, Putnam and Kelly, JJ., concurred.
