District Court of Appeal of Florida·Decided October 25, 2000·No. No. 3D00-2436·Published

Opinion

PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal from an order denying a motion to dismiss for lack of long-arm jurisdiction. We conclude that the facts of the present case are not materially different from those in deMco Technologies, Inc. v. C.S. Engineered Castings, Inc., 769 So.2d 1128 (Fla. 3d DCA 2000), and reverse on authority of that case.

Reversed and remanded with directions. to dismiss the action, without prejudice to appellee’s right to refile in an appropriate jurisdiction.
