Opinion

Per Curiam:

Bryan Ray Harshman appeals from a judgment denying his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief, without an evidentiary hearing, after he pleaded guilty to the class B felony of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) with intent to distribute, and the class C felony of maintaining a public nuisance. We affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
