Suit for salary for period during which services of plaintiff were terminated, May 20,1947, to July 16,1947.

Upon a stipulation filed by the parties and upon the report of a commissioner of the court recommending judgment in the agreed amount, under the decision in Simon v. United States, 113 C. Cls. 182, judgment for the plaintiff was entered in the sum of $730.80.
