Per Curiam :

We see no reason for reversing the finding of facts and conclu[210] sions of law as reported by tbe auditor and approved by tbe court.

The opinion of the auditor contains a clear and correct statement of tbe law applicable to tbe facts, and tbe decree is affirmed thereon.

Decree affirmed and appeal dismissed, at the costs of tbe appellant.
