Opinion

Based upon the Form 22 Wage Chart submitted, the undersigned find and conclude as follows:

Plaintiff's average weekly wage, based upon the Form 22 submitted, was $344.91, yielding a weekly compensation rate of $229.95.

All other aspects of the October 12, 1998 Full Commission Opinion and Award remain in effect.
