abating this appeal to allow the parties to finalize a settlement. On June 11, 2026,

the parties filed a Joint Motion to Dismiss stating that they “have reached a

settlement agreement to resolve their dispute” and requesting that we “dismiss the

appeal.”

We reinstate the appeal on the Court’s active docket, grant the parties’ joint

motion, and dismiss the appeal. Any pending motions are dismissed as moot.
