Opinion

Judgment and order affirmed, with costs. All concur, except Lewis, J., who dissents and votes for reversal on the facts and for granting a new trial upon the ground that the remarks of the trial justice in the colloquy following the main charge, including his voluntary statement, were prejudicial to the rights of defendant and in the interests of justice require a new trial.
