In an action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiffs, who were struck by an automobile, operated by defendant, which skidded on an icy hill in the city of Yonkers, judgment of the City Court of Yonkers in favor of plaintiffs unanimously affirmed, with costs.
