The heirs of the defendant
It is, therefore, ordered, that the judgment of the District Court be annulled and reversed, and that there be judgment for the [196]*196defendants, with costs in both courts ; reserving, however, to the plaintiff and appellee Eliza Harlin, her rights to the usufruct or hire of the slaves, under the act of January 30th, 1832.
Pierre Léglise died shortly after the institution of this suit.
