GUIDRY, Judge.

For the reasons assigned in the companion matter entitled Bouser, et vir versus Morgan, et al, 520 So.2d 937 (La.App. 3rd Cir.1987), the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. Defendants are cast for all costs of this appeal.

AFFIRMED.
