Order modified so as to provide that the plaintiff be further precluded from giving any evidence on the trial in support of the allegations or matters set forth in her complaint as to which particulars are required by item 9 of the defendants’ demand for a bill of particulars, and as so modified affirmed, with twenty [1018]*1018dollars costs and disbursements to the appellants.
