Opinion

GLADNEY, Judge.

This possessory action instituted by Howard Hand against the Tremont Lumber Company is a companion suit to that of Tremont Lumber Company v. Hand, on the docket of this court, 143 So.2d 96, this day decided. All issues of law and fact in this case are identical with the companion suit, and therefore, the judgment from which appealed, rejecting the demands of plaintiff, is affirmed at appellant’s cost.
