The record conclusively shows that the defendant was represented by counsel at all essential steps leading to his conviction and imposition of sentence and is, therefore, not entitled to hearing under the pro[199]*199vision of Criminal Procedure Rule No. 1, F.S.A. ch. 924 Appendix.
