Opinion

Order granting the defendants’ motion to dismiss for failure to prosecute unless the plaintiffs, within two days of the service of a copy of the order and notice of entry, notice the case for trial and proceed therewith when the case is reached, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Adel and Taylor, JJ., concur.
