Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Appellee’s motion to dismiss, filed on December 23, 2013, is granted. The appeal is dismissed as untimely. See Coats v. Climatic Products Corp., 756 So.2d 1104 (Fla. 1st DCA 2000) (holding that a motion for rehearing filed by one party adversely affected by judgment did not delay rendition of judgment with respect to other adversely affected parties, making appeal by nonmoving parties untimely).

THOMAS, RAY, and SWANSON, JJ., concur.
