Order reversed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and motion granted, with ten dollars costs, with leave to plaintiffs to serve an amended complaint within twenty days from service of order upon payment of said costs, so as to allege that there was interference by defendant in the course of the negotiations which prevented plaintiffs from obtaining contract to procure the sale. No opinion. Present — McAvoy, Merrell, Martin and Sherman, JJ.
