Opinion

Appeal from an order directing that the superintendent of defendant appear for examination before trial in connection with this action brought for damages to the infant plaintiff because of the alleged negligence of the defendant in having and storing certain explosives by which the infant plaintiff was injured. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. The date, place and person before whom the examination is to be held is to be fixed by stipulation. All concur.
