HAWKINS, J.

Appellant was convicted of selling intoxicating liquor, and her punishment assessed at confinement in the penitentiary for 1 year. She has now filed in this court her affidavit advising that she desires to withdraw her appeal, and in compliance with such request the. appeal is ordered dismissed.
