Opinion

It is this day Ordered by this- Court by the consent of Mr. Whitaker and Mr. Hume of the Complainant’s Counsel, and Mr. Hargrave of the Defend[314]*314ant’s Counsel, that the issue directed to be tried at Law, by a former Order of this Court, made the fifth of July 1722, be peremptorily brought to a Trial at the Court of Common Pleas, to be held in November next.
