Appeal by defendants, in a derivative action by stockholders and creditors of a corporation, from an order denying their motion for leave to bring in an additional defendant and to serve a supplemental summons and an amended answer. Order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Adel, Taylor and Close, JJ., concur. [177 Misc. 120.]
