Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We affirm the trial court’s order denying appellant’s 3.850 motion, without prejudice to his filing a petition for habeas corpus, alleging ineffective assistance of appellate counsel. See Rivers v. State, 702 So.2d 613 (Fla. 4th DCA 1997)
