PER CURIAM.

This is a petition for writ of certiorari to review several orders of the circuit court in [863]*863its appellate capacity. We have fully considered petitioners allegations and the record provided and find no departure from the essential requirements of law or lack of due process demonstrated.

Accordingly, we deny the petition.
