Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 18, 1979, dismissed. That order is reviewed on appeal from the final judgment (see Matter of Aho, 39 NY2d 241, 248). Judgment of the same court, dated January 3, 1980, affirmed. No opinion. Respondents are awarded one bill of costs to cover both appeals. Hopkins, J.P., Damiani, Lazer and Thompson, JJ., concur.
