COVINGTON, Judge.

For the reasons assigned in the companion case, No. 13,709, Darryl J. Tschirn, et ux v. Katherine Hadley Morse, et al. and City of Covington, 394 So.2d 286, the judgment is affirmed.

Costs are equally divided between Tschirn and the Morse group.

AFFIRMED.
