Appeal dismissed. Robinson v. State, 373 So.2d 898 (Fla.1979); Sawyer v. State, 401 So.2d 939 (Fla. 1st DCA 1981). This dismissal is without prejudice to appellant’s [360]*360right to seek post-conviction relief in the trial court.
