Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We reverse the amended final judgment which refused to grant reformation of deed upon a holding that the unrebutted and [251]*251uncontroverted evidence establishes appellant Hackmann’s entitlement to the property in question. See Moring v. Levy, 452 So.2d 1069 (Fla. 3d DCA 1984).
