Opinion
The terms imposed consisted in the requirement that the defendant should give to the plaintiff a good and sufficient bond, with two sureties, to pay plaintiff’s demand, if plaintiff should succeed upon the trial. No costs were imposed. Upon the case presented, the requirement was a reasonable one. Sedgwick, Ch. J., and Russell, J., concurred. Order affirmed, with costs.
