Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Trond Trete Guyton appeals from the trial court’s judgment and sentence finding he violated his probation. We affirm. However, we remand for the correction of the scrivener’s error on the judgment form which erroneously reads that Guyton admitted the violation of probation.

Affirmed; Remanded With Instructions.

STONE, HAZOURI, JJ., and GERBER, JONATHAN D., Associate Judge, concur.
