In an action to recover commissions pursuant to a written contract, plaintiff appeals from an order granting defendant’s motion for summary judgment and denying plaintiff’s cross motion to amend the complaint and to add an additional party defendant, and from the judgment entered thereon. Order, and judgment entered thereon, unanimously affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Present — Hagarty, Acting P. J., Johnston, Adel, Taylor and Lewis, JJ.
