Opinion

DREW, Chief Justice.

The sole question presented in this appeal, is whether the complaint for divorce contains equity. We are of the view that the allegations. contained in the complaint aro sufficient to withstand a motion to dismiss. The decree appealed from is, therefore, re [889]*889yersed with directions to reinstate the cause and for further appropriate proceedings.

TERRELL, THOMAS, ROBERTS, THORNAL and O’CONNELL, JJ., concur. SEBRING, J., dissents.
