PER CURIAM

Holley Performance Products, Inc., appeals the judgment entered after a jury trial finding that it was strictly liable for failing to warn of a defect in its product. Ronald Gunn cross-appeals.

We affirm. Because an extended opinion would have no precedential value, the parties have been furnished with a memorandum for their information only, setting *419forth the reasons for this order pursuant to Rule 84.16(b).
