Opinions
The judges of this court are equally divided on the question of error vel non in the decree of the court below. Judges GRIFFITH, ETHRIDGE, and SMITH, are of the opinion that these is no error therein; and Judges McGOWEN, ANDERSON, and COOK are of the contrary opinion. As we cannot reverse the judgment of the court below, it must be, and is, affirmed.
