Opinion

ORDER

Petition for writ of mandamus is granted and respondent shall issue a home health agency license to petitioner to operate its Clearwater office as a separate parent home health agency. Motion for attorney fees is denied. See section 120.60(2), Fla. Stat. (1983); World Bank v. Lewis, 425 So.2d 77 (Fla. 1st DCA 1982).
