Opinion

SAVOY, Judge.

In this case, plaintiff sued Schlumberger Well Surveying Corporation, seeking damages in tort, or alternatively, workmen’s compensation benefits.

The instant suit is a companion case to John Allen Guillory v. Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company, et al., 168 So.2d 360, decided by this Court this date.

For the reasons therein assigned, the judgment of the lower court is affirmed.

Affirmed.
