Opinion

SAVOY, Judge.

In this case, defendant .was sued as the workmen’s compensation and liability insurance carrier of Schlumberger Well Surveying Corporation; plaintiff seeking damages in tort, or alternatively, in workmen’s compensation.

The instant suit is a companion case to John Allen Guillory v. Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company, 168 So.2d 360, decided by this Court this date.

For the reasons therein assigned, the judgment of the lower court is affirmed.

Affirmed.
