PER CURIAM.

AFFIRMED. Northern Investment Corporation v. Coppock, 134 Fla. 168, 183 So. 635 (1938). Both parties have petitioned for attorney’s fees. The petitions are granted, the amounts to be fixed by the trial court, pursuant to Section 64.081, Florida Statutes (1981), upon sale of the property.
