Opinion

WOODARD, Judge.

For the reasons found in the companion case rendered this date under the caption number 98-1252, Supreme Rice Mill v. Guidry (La.App. 3 Cir. 3/10/99); 737 So.2d 856, the judgment of the workers’ compensation judge is affirmed in part, reversed in part, and remanded. Costs of the appeal are assessed one-half to Mr. Guidry and one-half to Supreme Rice Mill.

AFFIRMED IN PART, REVERSED IN PART, AND REMANDED.
