1t Writ granted in part. Melissa Bern-iard is disqualified from serving as a class representative. See Stull v. Pool, 63 F.R.D. 702 (S.D.N.Y.1974). In all other respects, the writ is denied. The matter is remanded to the district court for further proceedings pursuant to this Order.
WRIT GRANTED IN PART; REMANDED.
